Job Description
- Assist local FTS Technicians in completing projects, including installing computer equipment and running service calls in CVS stores.
- Drive between multiple CVS locations within the local MA area to perform hardware repairs and installations.
- Manage tickets related to hardware and printer issues, providing timely resolution.
- Work independently to troubleshoot and repair hardware components, including lifting up to 75lbs.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Shift: M-F, 8:30A - 5P EST
- Work environment: Onsite as needed; driving to multiple store locations in MA
- Job Duration: 19.0 days
- Travel: Must have own transportation and valid driver's license; mileage reimbursed at CVS rate
