
Construction Manager – Townhomes

- Manage all phases of townhome construction, from bidding and subcontractor buyout to project completion.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Direct and coordinate field staff, subcontractors, and design-build partners.
- Review and manage construction documents across multiple disciplines.
- Conduct constructability reviews, value engineering, and cost estimating.
- Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Provide regular updates and clear communication to senior management.
- 10+ years of senior-level management experience, preferably in residential townhomes or multi-family construction.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel; Timberline experience a plus.
- Skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors independently.
- Ability to interpret complex construction documents across multiple disciplines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
