Description :Machine Operator (LTC) 3rd Shift 12:00AM - 8:00AM $24.25/hr.Who we are looking for:We are currently searching for an LTC Machine Operator to be based out of New Bedford, MA. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, this person will be responsible for operating machinery to produce and maintain good quality. Use simple measurement instruments to check work. Completion of necessary paperwork is required.What you’ll do:
Efficiently and safely operate LTC machine with minimal supervision.
Maintain accurate production records and fill out daily inspection sheets.
Understand and meet the requirements and capabilities called out in the job-specific procedures.
Comprehend technical functions as related to equipment and job schedules.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
What you’ll bring:
High School diploma or equivalent education and experience strongly preferred but not required.
Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred.
Ability to work in an environment with loud noises, smells, and/or extreme temperatures at times.
Basic Math skills required.
Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs.
Must be able to push, pull, bend, sit, and stand without assistance.
Good attendance and strong work ethic required.
Must have the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
Ability to follow directions and complete work safely and efficiently while producing a quality product.
