Description :Machine Operator (MLT Long Track) 3rd Shift 12:00AM- 8:00 AM $23.25/hr.Who we are looking for:We are currently searching for a Flex Machine Operator – Missile Operator (3rd Shift) (Machine operator) to be based out of New Bedford, MA Duchaine Facility. Reporting to the Manufacturing Shift Supervisor, the operator will be responsible for operating machinery in the areas of using simple measurement instruments to check work and completing paperwork required.What you will do:Machine Operator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Efficiently and safely operate machinery.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records and fill out daily safety inspections.
  • Understand the product, machine, and process.
  • Comprehend technical functions as related to equipment and job schedules.
  • Understand and meet the requirements and capabilities called out in the job specific procedures.
  • Ability to make good product quality and make needed adjustments to comply with product and customer specifications.
  • Responsible for cutting appropriate lengths per the schedule and package the product accordingly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
What you will bring:
  • Efficiently and safely operate machinery.

Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time.
