What You'll Do:We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Web Enablement Analytics and Tag Management platform team. The Web Enablement product family provides guidance and modern reusable frameworks and solutions to the enterprise. As a technical solutions leader (individual contributor), you'll assist in setting the strategic direction and maturing our enterprise services around Google Analytics 4 integrations, tag management, experimentation, and testing digital experiences.We work on all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle that can include discovery, architecture, development, testing, CI/CD tooling, measurement, and monitoring.You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Elevate the team by mentoring engineers, driving code quality, and sharing best practices in modern front-end and cloud technologies.
  • Innovate with cloud & DevOps — leverage AWS services, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and open-source tools to accelerate delivery.
  • Champion reliability by ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of availability, performance, security, and compliance.

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • Experience with AWS, DevOps, solution architecture, GitHub actions pipelines and Typescript
  • Experience contributing to reusable solutions across systems
  • Experience working on a cross-functional team with other roles (e.g., marketing operations and product partners)
  • Informal team leadership experience, mentoring and providing strategic direction to a team

  • Good understanding of the web ecosystem (i.e., how the web works)

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $100800 - $182400 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
