Ascent Classical Academies teachers take seriously their own moral and intellectual improvement as part of a hard-working, supportive, and excellence-driven culture.ACAGJ is seeking a Latin teacher for 6th- 9th grades.At Ascent Classical Academies, Latin is a required course in grades six through eight, and high-school students must take a full year of Latin to graduate. Students will study Latin using Lingua Latina and Learn to Read Latin.   • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong background in the Latin language, having majored in classics, classical history, or a related discipline with substantial coursework in Latin
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Satisfactory background check is required by state law and Colorado Department of Education
  • Conviction in the values of a rigorous liberal arts education
