If this sounds like the part-time opportunity that you've been searching for, apply today!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GOLF STARTER / MARSHALAs a Golf Starter / Marshal, you cheerfully greet members as they arrive and provide them with exceptional customer service which may include shuttling them to the back of the range. While on the course, you strive to be very visible so that if a member needs anything they can find you. If challenging situations arise, you handle them patiently and utilize your great customer service skills. When appropriate, you train members on the procedure for filling divots, repairing ball marks, and pace improvement.You are essential to managing the flow around the golf course. Under our defined system, you keep play moving at an acceptable pace. You work hard to ensure that tee times are on schedule and record the turn times and finish times correctly. With your eye for detail, you reconcile play sheets for accuracy. If there are any players who have failed to meet our standards or regulations, you let your supervisor know. Keeping things clean and organized, you remove any noticeable rubbish and keep the course sand stations filled. You enjoy being on the golf course each day and find great satisfaction in ensuring that everything runs smoothly.QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of the game of golf
