productionengadpBasic Qualifications- Bachelors degree required to apply- Experience in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including industrial engineering, planning, scheduling, Quality Assurance &/or production operations.-Experience supporting vehicle systems installations & integration into a final product. Experience should include some combination of the following systems: electrical harness installation, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, propulsion systems, avionics, and related systems.-Ability to obtain a secret security clearance after offer acceptance and willing to stay in current role/employment throughout the clearance processing period. Candidate must have a full secret clearance prior to start.-Ability to obtain special program access within 3 months of start date with LM.Desired skills- STEM degree preferred.
-Active Secret security clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years.
-Previous team lead experience.
-Experience in liaison role supporting production activities and rapidly resolving constraints to minimize production impact.
-Experience supporting final assembly including collaborating with various disciplines to coordinate closeouts and system checkouts.
-Experience supporting various projects and coordinating activities related to the full life cycle of projects from conception to delivery.
-Demonstrated ability to drive issues to closure and develop preventative action plan to limit failures in the future.
-Demonstrated understanding of engineering blueprints, process specifications and manufacturing planning.
-Self-starter with ability to operate with limited direction.
-Previous experience with engineering releases and configuration change control.
