Specialty pharmacy in search of Sales & Resource Specialist to join our growing team of professionals. We are dedicated to stellar, long-term patient care and provider partnerships with an emphasis on successful treatment outcomes, medication adherence, and dynamic medication regimens. Our specialties focus on the following areas of treatment: anti-infective, upper and lower respiratory care, wound and skin conditions, women and men's health, and topical pain management. Territory to include travel throughout the state of Oregon and Southwest WashingtonResponsibilities:
  • Actively and effectively promote and educate physicians (Primary Care and Specialists including ENT, Wound Care, Podiatry, etc) on the medication options provided by our pharmacy through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and company-approved conferences
  • Spend 90% of 5-day work week in the field and perform an average of 8-10 sales calls per day.
  • Achieve territory product sales goals through company defined metrics
  • Ensure high performance levels of call and field productivity. Meet call plan expectations and increase territory product sales while adhering to ethical sales practices
  • Support targeted customers using company-approved resources, sales materials and promotional activities as identified by Leadership
  • Maximize key physician contact by networking within accounts and at all medical meetings.
  • Maintain high level of clinical expertise by consistently utilizing all available medical information resources provided by Pharmacist in Charge
  • Serve as key facilitator and customer service liaison between pharmacy and providers
  • Accurately report sales call activity in a timely matter
  • Analyze territory market potential to organize and prioritize call patterns accordingly
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt to industry changes, plan, analyze and act upon sales data within an assigned territory
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and business analysis.
  • Must maintain professionalism at all times
  • Work within assigned budgets to develop relationships within clinics, physicians and their staff
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience:
  • History of building customer relationships and goal-achievement
  • Demonstrated selling skills
  • Strong knowledge of sales process and industry
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Valid driver’s license
