- Reviews weekly time sheets to ensure accuracy and approve for processing.
- Conduct regular reviews of material invoices & subcontractor billings; identify and resolve issues/concerns; timely approve when appropriate.
- Hold weekly equipment and crew allocation meetings to ensure projects are properly staffed based on scope and budget.
- Compile and review monthly project invoices to ensure the work on each project has been performed. Similarly, ensure that pre-submittal invoices/billings are submitted, as required.
- Conduct weekly and monthly job cost analysis using the accounting system reports; proactively identify and escalate issues or concerns.
- Review weekly labor reports with Maintenance Field Managers (MFM) and implement strategies to improve crew efficiency.
- Assist in development of the annual budget for the Maintenance Department.
- Ensures appropriate focus on profit and revenue goals for the team is maintained.
- Track assigned equipment inventory and collaborate with the MOM and Executive Field Manager (EFM) on equipment needs.
- Monitor activity of crews and work closely with maintenance staff regarding scheduling, quality, and customer service.
- Ensure that all equipment is operated in a safe and proper manner and submit necessary equipment repairs to the Shop Manager as needed.
- Makes reasoned recommendations in conjunction with MOM and Chief Operations Officer (COO) regarding employee performance management and wage adjustments.
- Makes reasoned recommendations in conjunction with MOM, COO, and Chief Relationship Officer (CRO) regarding hiring, employee discussions and employee termination.
- Collaborates with the MOM on annual reviews for
- Maintains active and appropriate communication with the MOM, MFM, and Construction Project Managers, as well as other necessary Field Personnel, Administration Department, and fellow MAMs.
- Ensures that each customer is satisfied on the quality of service provided for assigned projects.
- Attends walk-throughs and/or meetings with clients, as appropriate or requested.
- Proactively works to identifies sales opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Collaborates with the Safety Engineer and MOM to ensure compliance to OSHA and Environmental Landworks Company, Inc. s safety regulations.
- Maintain a high level of good housekeeping and care of company assets: equipment, vehicles, shop, field offices, and customer work sites.
- The Maintenance Account Manager will lead and promote growth within the team to build bench strength and potential leaders within the group.
- Other duties as appropriate and assigned by the MOM.
