We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer with Microsoft Dynamics & Figma in United States.We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for complex business applications. In this role, you will design user-centric experiences that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve overall usability within Microsoft Dynamics environments. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into clean, functional designs. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction, efficiency, and the adoption of enterprise systems, while contributing to a culture of innovation and design excellence.Accountabilities:
  • Design and deliver user interfaces and experiences for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across applications.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and business goals.
  • Maintain a clear design system and documentation for ongoing development and updates.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proven experience designing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and best practices for enterprise software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and priorities.
