- Communication focal for internal customers on production & deliveries schedule
- Responsible to monitor production execution, and to ensure finish product shipment.
- Communicate and Escalate changes in orders and demand, as appropriate with stakeholders in the larger company organization.
- Communication focal with procurement to verify incoming receipts.
- Actively involved in resolving materials problems.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure on time delivery and production schedule reliability.
- Primary responsible of production control; able to assist training others.
- Maintains MRP system according to established production control policy for products in scope of work.
- Collaborates in data gathering and analysis for inventory KPI’s and E&O inventory of designated cell/area
- Assists as required on cycle count process.
- Compiles information: prepare, manages, and maintain production reports so performance problems and opportunities can be identified and resolved.
- Support root cause analysis and implementation of countermeasures.
- Demonstrate the use of key business processes and functional concepts necessary to succeed in the role.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience working with SAP and/or MRP software
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required
- Solid interpersonal skills - ability to communicate and influence at all levels within an organization
- Solid presentation skills - able to analyze, prepare, and deliver presentations to leadership
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- CPIM training/certification
- Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
- Be on a career break of one or more year at time of application
- Have prior experience in functional area of interest
- Have interest in returning in either a full-time or part-time position
