Pay Range: $80.00 - $90.00 Per HourJob Summary:We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for our General Assembly operations who will spearhead programs, ensuring the manufacturing line meets customer specifications with efficiency and innovation. The role involves close collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, Design Engineering among other departments, focusing on equipment and process design, program scope definition, and effective resource allocation. The ideal candidate will proactively manage risks, control program costs, and foster team collaboration to meet ambitious project milestones within the automotive industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop assembly equipment and processes, aligning with project scope and objectives.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery against KPIs.
- Identify and mitigate risks across the program lifecycle, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Implement product design changes supporting Design for Manufacturing (DFM) activities.
- Coordinate with various departments to integrate new product introduction requirements seamlessly into the manufacturing process.
- Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Strong background in GA Engineering/Project Management within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Automotive Industry experience, particularly in General Assembly.
