Job Title: Construction ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Manager to oversee lighting and mechanical retrofit projects at a large industrial facility. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of construction execution, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.Responsibilities
  • Implement and enforce site safety protocols in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handle site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment staging, and access control.
  • Maintain and manage project documentation using Procore or similar construction management software.
  • Prepare and submit daily construction reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules to ensure proactive planning.
  • Organize and lead stakeholder construction meetings, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Perform additional duties and assignments as directed.
Essential Skills
  • 5–7 years of experience in construction management, specifically in lighting and mechanical retrofit projects.
  • Proven ability to manage complex industrial retrofit projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in electronic construction document systems (e.g., Procore).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate stakeholder meetings effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Equivalent years of experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Work EnvironmentThe role involves working in a large industrial facility, coordinating with various stakeholders and managing multiple subcontractors. The use of construction management software such as Procore is essential. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and effective management of site logistics, including material deliveries and equipment staging.Job Type & LocationThis is a 12 month contract position based out of Renton, Washington.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $57.69 - $62.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
