
Construction Manager

- Implement and enforce site safety protocols in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Oversee Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment staging, and access control.
- Maintain and manage project documentation using Procore or similar construction management software.
- Prepare and submit daily construction reports and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules to ensure proactive planning.
- Organize and lead stakeholder construction meetings, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
- Perform additional duties and assignments as directed.
- 5–7 years of experience in construction management, specifically in lighting and mechanical retrofit projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex industrial retrofit projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in electronic construction document systems (e.g., Procore).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate stakeholder meetings effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Equivalent years of experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
