Key Responsibilities:
- Define the Technology Transformation & Evolution Strategy including developing and maintaining a future-state IT and digital roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead strategic initiatives such as cloud migration, ERP modernization, and AI adoption across front- and back-office functions.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and digital enablement.
- Modernize core systems and infrastructure by overseeing the upgrade or replacement of legacy systems with scalable, secure, and cloud-native platforms.
- Ensure infrastructure is resilient, cost-effective, and aligned with evolving business needs.

- Implement self-service portals, workflow automation, and intelligent process automation to improve efficiency and user experience. Collaborate with functional leaders to prioritize and execute automation initiatives.
- Apply business-case thinking to all IT investments, including in-/out-sourcing decisions and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.
- Ensure IT spending is aligned with strategic priorities and delivers measurable value.
- Maintain a disciplined triage and prioritization process for IT initiatives, avoiding overextension and scope creep.
- Redesign the IT organizational structure to align with the corporate structure and support a product-oriented, agile delivery model.
- Recruit and develop top talent in both functional and technical domains.
- Establish accountability through service-level agreements (SLAs), DevOps metrics, and performance dashboards.
- Conduct regular cyber risk assessments and implement proactive security enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2).
- Foster a culture of security awareness and resilience across the organization.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation and enterprise technology modernization.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar IT budgets.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity, cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance).
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in business operations.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Technical Skills:
- Enterprise Architecture & Cloud Platforms: Deep understanding of cloud-native design, hybrid environments, and scalable infrastructure.
- ERP & Business Systems Modernization: Experience with platforms like SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Salesforce.
- AI & Automation Technologies: Familiarity with RPA, machine learning, and intelligent workflow tools.
- Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Knowledge of threat modeling, incident response, and compliance frameworks.
