- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the company, including imaging centers, patient services, and technical operations.
- Oversee clinical operations to ensure high-quality imaging services, patient safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drive revenue growth through effective management of clinical operations, on-site collections, and innovation implementation.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share, strengthen referral relationships, and support business development.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) across operational, financial, and clinical domains.
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
- Support strategic initiatives including geographic expansion, service line development, and acquisition integration.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape organizational strategy and long-term planning.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of imaging quality and patient care.
- Champion employee attraction, engagement, and retention strategies to build and sustain a strong, motivated workforce.
- Work closely with HR and department leaders to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, reduce costs, and improve patient satisfaction.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for operational departments.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership in guiding company direction and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in medical imaging or outpatient services.
- Proven track record of managing multi-site operations and leading large teams.
- Experience with radiology information systems (RIS), PACS, etc. preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with payer contracting and revenue cycle management preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, reimbursement models, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, develop actionable insights, and drive results.
- Ability to build trust, morale, and engagement within teams while inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships promoting open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
