
Account Director, Industrial & B2B Sales

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers (often procurement, marketing, and corporate comms teams in Industrials).
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring the client's needs are understood and met.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., adding new media products, expanding into other regions/brands).
- Hit or exceed revenue targets tied to Industrials portfolio.
- Develop account plans tailored to each client's industry challenges and business objectives.
- Present insights and solutions aligned to client goals (e.g., market expansion, reputation management).
- 5-8 years in account management, partnerships, or media sales - ideally in B2B industries (manufacturing, logistics, energy, or professional services).
- Direct experience managing enterprise-level accounts with complex organizational structures.
- Proven ability to hit revenue goals, manage renewals, and grow accounts through upselling/cross-selling.
- Familiarity with longer sales cycles (procurement-driven, RFP-based).
- Base salary: $140,000 - $150,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)
