JOB SUMMARY:The Instructional Design team works within the People Development organizations and partners with the business to plan, develop, support, and evaluate training across the organization. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience with instructional design tools, learning management systems, and multimedia content development.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the creation and maintenance of engaging learning content across various formats, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and virtual sessions
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to help design training materials, gather feedback, and iterate on course content
  • Contribute to research on learning trends and best practices
  • Support project coordination, and help evaluate training effectiveness through learner data analysis
  • Apply adult learning principles and accessibility standards to ensure high-quality, inclusive learning experiences
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines
  • Use instructional design software and work with a wide variety of media
  • Collaborate with the Instructional Designers and members of the People Development team to develop design concepts
QualificationsEDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:Pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Communication, or a related field.QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
  • Familiarity with eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar)
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Action orientated, able to manage multiple creative projects, all while being prepared for time sensitive requests with little warning
