- Operate and monitor press machines to meet daily production goals
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Adjust machine controls to maintain smooth and efficient operations
- Work with the quality control team to resolve production issues
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Previous machine operator or press operator experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures
- Team player with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs
