- Hydrographic and Beach/Land surveying for construction management purposes.
- Technical support for equipment computer systems.
- Development of project work element plans and JSAs.
- Coordinate project definable features of work with Manson superintendents, foremen, craft workers, and subcontractors.
- Critical path scheduling and 3 week look ahead scheduling.
- Review designs, drawings, and engineering data prepared by Manson consultants and vendors for conformance with project plans and specifications, and identify associated conflicts.
- Investigation and research for needed permanent and consumable material items, equipment, and tools.
- Inspection of newly delivered permanent materials for conformance with project requirements.
- Coordinate project activities with the client's representatives and other project stakeholders.
- Production monitoring.
- Monitor of Manson and its subcontractors' operations.
- Daily operations and quality control reporting.
- Project photographic records.
- General project support.
- Ensures compliance with Manson's Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct.
- Responsible for practicing safe work standards and promoting an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) work environment as a condition of employment.
- Actively enrolled and pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Construction Management, or another engineering related course of study from a four-year nationally accredited college or university
- Drivers License and acceptable driving record required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document collaboration (Adobe or Bluebeam) required
- Basic knowledge or experience with AutoCAD (or similar) and scheduling software is preferred.
