- Issue and collect uniforms for all resort employees in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain accurate records of uniform inventory, distribution, and returns.
- Inspect uniforms for cleanliness, damage, or wear, and arrange for laundering, repairs, or replacements as needed.
- Perform basic repairs, such as patching minor tears with gortex patches.
- Organize and store uniforms by department, size, and type for easy access.
- Coordinate with laundry services or operate in-house laundry equipment as required.
- Ensure all uniforms meet resort standards for cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
- Provide friendly, professional service to employees while assisting with uniform needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the uniform room and storage areas.
- Assists HR team with daily functions when needed; this includes answering phones, processing passes, efficient use of sales point products, greeting and directing employees, data entry, maintenance of personnel files, and general employee relations
- Assists HR Supervisor to efficiently process new and returning employees
- Assists with special events like HR Orientations, Employee parties and recruiting events
- Adheres to all company safety policies and procedures, actively contributing to a safe working environment for self, coworkers, and guests.
- All employees are expected to support Eldora’s corporate responsibility commitment to protect the environment by participating in our Sustainable Transportation Program. This includes choosing alternative transportation, carpooling, using the employee shuttle, and avoiding onsite parking on weekends and peak days. These actions help reduce Scope 3 emissions, lead by example, and ensure adequate parking for our guests.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office & data entry
- Ability to read, writes, and speaks fluently in English
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays during the ski season
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid Driver’s License & the ability to pass background and MVR checks that meet company standards.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to be standing, sitting or walking for up to eight hours
- Ability to bend and kneel for extended periods of time
- Working in various weather conditions, including high alpine conditions
- Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $18+, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
