Providing a positive and helpful guest interaction is the top priority. Outfitting guests to select gear based off guest measurements, ability level and conditions are a primary job function. This ensures a great experience on the slopes! Our rental shop provides ski and snowboard equipment for many ability types. As a rental attendant, it is important to retain product knowledge to best gear up our customers for the slopes and uphold proper boot fitting techniques. An ideal applicant for this position would have experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, organization, and communication. This role is for high school students only, if you are over 18 years old & interested in joining the Rental Team at Eldora, please apply to the Rental Technician role.Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:Ensures a positive customer service experience and provides premium guest service.Promote all Eldora rental products, policies, and procedures.Helps facilitate organization of incoming and outgoing rental customers.Ensures proper fit to select rental equipment and provides a seamless experience in the rental shop.Previous customer service experience required.Performs daily cleaning and organizational activities.Ensures smooth and positive guest interaction.Performs inventory activities.Participates in regular training.Practices safety by attending meetings and wearing provided PPE when applicable.Reports to and communicates effectively with rental management on needs and tasks.Other Duties as Assigned:Adheres to all company safety policies and procedures, actively contributing to a safe working environment for self, coworkers, and guests.All employees are expected to support Eldora’s corporate responsibility commitment to protect the environment by participating in our Sustainable Transportation Program.
