Be the Anomali.Learn more at .Position SummaryAnomali is seeking a Senior Director, Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives that align with our growth strategy and deliver meaningful value to our customers. This role will act as a key liaison across departments, bringing together product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to optimize our product suite, strengthen customer adoption, and ensure the successful execution of go-to-market initiatives.The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep program management experience, a strong grasp of competitive analysis and market trends, and the ability to influence across teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Key Responsibilitieso Serve as the primary liaison across departments, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, engineering, sales, and customer success.o Conduct competitive analysis and market trend assessments to inform strategy and execution.o Support customer engagement and outreach, gathering insights to help optimize the Anomali product suite and drive adoption.o Manage programs or projects involving cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of Anomali technologies, features, and services.o Plan and direct schedules, monitor progress from initiation through delivery, and ensure completion within constraints of quality, scope, and timing.o Coordinate and manage the product launch process, ensuring successful cross-functional execution.o Identify and manage critical paths, dependencies, and sequencing of projects to maintain momentum and mitigate risks.o Facilitate discussions between marketing, product management, and engineering to ensure alignment and transparency.o Prepare and present milestone reviews, updates, and outcomes to senior leadership.o Aggregate, synthesize, and communicate program and project information to extended teams and executives.Minimum Qualifications/Requirementso Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline required; advanced degree preferred.o 7+ years of experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) end-to-end go-to-market programs or projects, including program/project management of large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.o Proven experience planning and managing roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, and communication with clients and stakeholders.o Demonstrated success in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across geographies, balancing competing priorities, and delivering complex projects on schedule.o Experience with portfolio management, feature delivery against roadmaps, and customer-facing product launches.o Ability to define, evolve, and improve processes-rather than simply apply existing ones.o Strong organizational and team-building skills; ability to build rapport with a wide range of personalities and work styles.o High tolerance for ambiguity and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.o Deep understanding of program/project management principles and methodologies; Agile/Scrum experience preferred.o Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion, and executive presentation skills.o This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for benefits, and may be eligible for a bonus and/or equity.
