We're looking for a Guest Experience Shift Lead to help us create unforgettable moments for every guest who walks through our doors at our new attraction WONDRA! 🏰💫 Qualifications & Experience:🎯 What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):As a Guest Experience Shift Lead, you’ll be the go-to person on shift — inspiring your team, solving problems, and ensuring guests have a magical time! ✨🧭 Lead the Team:Supervise and support the Guest Experience crew during daily operationsDelegate tasks and monitor progress in real-time🎉 Create Amazing Experiences:Motivate the team to be “guest obsessed” 🧡Ensure all guests receive world-class service and prompt support📋 Keep It Safe & Smooth:Uphold health & safety standardsManage guest flow and queues to optimize the experience🎓 Train & Empower:Onboard and train Hosts across all guest-facing areasMaintain training records and help develop team members🛠️ Step In & Step Up:Act as Supervisor on Duty or assist in various roles when neededHandle guest feedback and escalate when necessary👥 Support the Team:Participate in team audits, engagement activities, and improvement projectsProvide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations💼 What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience):✔️ High school diploma or GED
✔️ 6+ months experience in attractions, entertainment, or hospitality (preferred)
✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔️ High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for guest service
✔️ Able to adapt in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
✔️ Comfortable using standard office tools and software🧳 Other Essentials:🕒 Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings & holidays
💪 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the attraction
🌡️ Work in a variety of indoor/outdoor environments
🧼 Committed to safety for guests and team members alike
