- Set the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the business, and set measures of success
- Conduct market and/or customer research to understanding leading practices, what good looks like, and what the market/ customers value
- Use data insights to identify opportunities and drive decision making
- Define the product roadmap in alignment with business priorities, and translate it into the product backlog
- Guide the delivery team to execute against the product roadmap and backlog, and prioritize work where needed
- Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Foster relationships across the company and manage conflicting priorities as needed
- Optimize product performance, engagement, adoption and integration
- Analyze current processes and technologies associated with the product to identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities
- Proven product management experience in complex retail supply chain environments
- BA/BS in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years in product management, retail, or related fields
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
- Experience taking products from concept to launch
- Experience managing and prioritizing budgets and resources
- Adept at collaborating with engineering, platform teams, business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, systems, and data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive organizational change
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with technology delivery
- Comfort with business strategy, prioritization, go-to-market, pricing, impact measurement
- Ability to establish, lead and develop high performing teams, communicate with diverse groups, and influence change without direct authority
- Ability to communicate clearly and problem solve with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to go deep on technology delivery, architectural questions, roadmaps, and managing the development life cycle
- Ability to design customer-centric experiences and deeply understand market/ customer needs, barriers to adoption
- Ability to understand market trends, partner ecosystems, competitive strategies
