A dynamic law firm is seeking a New Mexico–barred attorney to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for a recent law school graduate with a strong interest in bankruptcy, litigation, and foreclosure law. While extensive experience is not required, we are looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and make an immediate impact.The position is primarily remote; however, you must reside near Albuquerque, NM, and be available for court appearances as needed.Responsibilities:Assist in all phases of bankruptcy, litigation, and foreclosure mattersPrepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsRepresent clients in court and at hearingsConduct legal research and provide case analysisMaintain billable hours of approximately 1,920 annuallyCollaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure timely case progressionQualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the State of New MexicoRecent law school graduate or up to 1–2 years of relevant experienceStrong interest in bankruptcy, litigation, and foreclosure lawExcellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesMust reside near Albuquerque, NM for court-related obligationsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary of $85,000 – $95,000, commensurate with experienceRemote work flexibility with required local court appearancesProfessional development and training opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team environmentEEO Statement:
