Join an experienced litigation team as a full-time Litigation Paralegal supporting attorneys through all phases of complex legal matters. This role is ideal for someone with strong trial support experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage the details of large, fast-moving cases.What Youll DoPrepare and organize case materials for depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrationsAssist with trial prep, including exhibit management and coordination of logisticsConduct legal and factual research and draft case summaries or supporting materialsOversee document review workflows using e-discovery platforms like DISCO or RelativityManage case files, track deadlines, and maintain litigation calendarsCoordinate with attorneys, experts, and litigation support teamsAttend trials or arbitrations and provide on-site support when neededWhat Youll Need7 or more years of litigation experience, including hands-on trial supportParalegal certificate from an ABA-approved program and a bachelors degreeExperience handling complex cases with minimal supervisionProficiency with litigation tools and e-discovery platforms such as DISCO or RelativityStrong written communication, organization, and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentWillingness to work overtime and travel for trial when requiredWhy Apply
