A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Paraplanner to join a leading wealth management firm known for delivering tailored financial advice and investment solutions across the UK.This is an ideal role for someone currently working in a Paraplanner or Junior Paraplanner position. You'll receive full support to grow and develop, including working towards your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.The Role:
  • Support Financial Advisers by preparing detailed financial plans and suitability reports
  • Conduct research into pensions, investments, protection products, and tax strategies
  • Use financial planning tools and systems (e.g., Defaqto, X-Plan) to assist with advice delivery
  • Help ensure all recommendations are clear, compliant, and client-focused
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information
  • Stay informed on industry and regulatory changes
What We're Looking For:
  • A strong interest in financial planning and a desire to build a long-term career in the sector
  • Willingness to study towards the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (fully supported)
  • Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time management abilities
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to problem solving
What's on Offer:
  • Up to £40,000 salary, depending on experience
  • Hybrid working model, 2 days per week in the Birmingham office
