
Sterilization Associate

- Conduct sample collection and perform manual audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Prepare reagent solutions for manual audits.
- Document audit findings accurately and promptly for reporting to the MN Department of Health.
- Perform accurate documentation, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment through housekeeping duties.
- Collaborate with the Safety & Occupational Health team to support various initiatives and projects.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene.
- Data entry and documentation proficiency.
- Technical writing and data review skills.
- Experience in reagent preparation and sample collection.
- Inspection, labelling, and quality control expertise.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma is the minimum requirement.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
