Join our team of skilled professionals dedicated to customer satisfaction and quality work.Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automotive paint techniques, an eye for detail, and a commitment to quality work. This role involves preparing, mixing, and applying paint to vehicles and performing touch-ups and color matches with precision.Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, sanding, and masking as needed
  • Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired shade and finish
  • Apply primer, paint, and protective coatings using spray guns and other equipment
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets our high standards
  • Work closely with other technicians to complete repairs in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in paint and materials
Qualifications:
  • Experience as an Auto Body Paint Technician or similar role preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of auto body painting techniques, tools, and equipment
  • Strong eye for color, detail, and consistency
  • Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Familiarity with various types of automotive paints, including water-based and solvent-based
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • ASE or I-CAR certification is a plus
