Overtime & Health insurance offered!Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.Responsibilities:
-Mix color and ensure all formulations, preparations, top coatings and curing times meet up to standards
-Prep vehicles properly for paint (clean, tape, mask, and etc.)
-Prepare color to match
-Inspect work surfaces to ensure proper cleanliness and readiness before painting
-Apply basecoat, clearcoat, and any specialty finishes as required
-Monitor paint application to ensure an even finish and avoid defectsQualifications:
-5+ years off experience
- Must be experienced in water-based paint
-Multitasking skills
-Experience with various types of auto paint and finishes
-proficient in using spray guns, paint booths and mixing systems
-Problem solving skills
-Attention to detail
-Handle work at a high volume location
-Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
-Excellent knowledge of the auto body repair process, techniques, and industry standards
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize working effectively
