- This role reports to the Chief AI Digital Transformation. This role will have at least one direct report.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team focused on AI adoption and automation.
- Set priorities and ensure timely execution of development cycles in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Partner with business units to identify and validate high-impact problems suitable for automation or AI-driven solutions.
- Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring every solution addresses real-world pain points.
- Oversee solution design and delivery, balancing build vs. buy decisions.
- Ensure scalable and secure implementation using platforms like Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or custom agents.
- Establish KPIs to measure adoption, efficiency gains, and ROI of implemented solutions.
- Continuously refine AI strategies based on feedback, technological evolution, and business needs.
- Preferred Bachelor’s with 7+ years relevant experience or associate’s degree with 9+ years relevant experience or 11+ years relevant experience.
- 5+ years in product management, digital transformation, or automation leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate), and conversational AI (e.g., ChatGPT).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, ideally in a matrix or enterprise environment.
- Ability to drive complex projects from ideation to execution with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and data fluency for decision-making and product iteration.
- Experience in SaaS product development, internal tools, or enterprise AI adoption.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Copilot, Teams integrations).
- Basic understanding of APIs, no-code/low-code tools, or scripting logic.
- Experience in digital transformation, consulting, business process improvement initiatives, or enterprise IT strategy.
