- Answers telephones and makes reservations for clients
- Tracks information in the database
- Responsible for planning in the conference center
- Ensures appropriate communication to operating departments including Conference Services, Catering, and Audio Visual
- Checks all conference rooms before client arrives
- Ensures rooms are set according to customer standards
- Ensure Audio Visual equipment is set according to customer standards
- Finalizes all planning details with clients and distributes to all operating departments
- Provides business center services when requested
- Run end-of-day reports
- Four year college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Two years of planning experience in hospitality industry
- Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business
- Keep abreast of industry trends and share information with staff
