
Property Manager II

- Oversee daily operations of an affordable housing community, including leasing, resident services, maintenance, compliance, and finances.
- Supervise onsite staff (Maintenance Technicians and Custodians).
- Provide leadership, training, and performance management while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, LIHTC, and funder requirements through certifications, audits, and accurate tenant files.
- Manage resident relations, including lease-ups, renewals, rule enforcement, eviction prevention, and conflict resolution.
- Handle financial management: rent collection, deposits, payables, vendor coordination, reporting, and budget adherence.
- Minimum qualifications: 3+ years of property management with supervisory experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Boston Post preferred); strong communication and organizational skills; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; knowledge of Fair Housing and WA landlord-tenant law; ability to work effectively with diverse, at-risk populations.
