- Managing materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient project execution.
- Enforcing safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Guiding and training electricians in safety protocols and job skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and installation practices.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical and personnel issues.
- Effective communication with team members, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing safety regulations.
- Typically requires several years of experience in electrical work and some supervisory experience.
