Vaco Atlanta has partnered with a mission-driven organization to hire a Benefits Administrator to lead the design, administration, and compliance of employee benefit programs.Role: Benefits Administrator
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Onsite: Hybrid
Compensation: $75,000 - $78,000 annually
Job Type: Permanent, Direct Hire.What You’ll Do:
  • Own full-cycle benefits administration: enrollment, open enrollment, leaves, retiree plans.
  • Partner with vendors and insurance providers to manage renewals, claims, and invoicing.
  • Ensure benefit compliance (HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, etc.) across multiple states.
  • Communicate complex benefit information clearly and empathetically.
  • Use Workday and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for audits, reporting, and strategy.
What You Bring:
  • 5–7 years of multi-state benefits experience.
  • Deep knowledge of compliance requirements.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Workday HRIS.
  • Strong communication, organization, and advocacy abilities.
