Job Type: Permanent, Direct Hire.What You’ll Do:
- Own full-cycle benefits administration: enrollment, open enrollment, leaves, retiree plans.
- Partner with vendors and insurance providers to manage renewals, claims, and invoicing.
- Ensure benefit compliance (HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, etc.) across multiple states.
- Communicate complex benefit information clearly and empathetically.
- Use Workday and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for audits, reporting, and strategy.
- 5–7 years of multi-state benefits experience.
- Deep knowledge of compliance requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Workday HRIS.
- Strong communication, organization, and advocacy abilities.
