- Inspect a wide range of habitats and infrastructure, and assess their condition, health and functionality according to client specifications.
- Understand and apply, per client specifications, applicable regulations and compliance standards.
- Write proposals and develop bids.
- Attend and represent the company at conferences, trade shows, symposiums and other industry functions and communicate industry and market intelligence within the company.
- Be an industry leader and promote the expertise of the company by performing a range of activities including giving presentations and working on industry related boards and committees.
- Professional Wetland Scientist Certification: To qualify, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or higher and at least 5 years of full-time professional experience in relevant fields such as consulting, industry, non-profit, public, or academic sectors.
- SCAWWA: Certification Perferred
- Ability to travel within the U.S. (travel costs to be paid by the company).
- Two to four year degree in related discipline or equivalent experience in similar position.
- Driver's license and clean driving record are required.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with basic office applications.
- Proficiency with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computer Aided Design (CAD) and other professional consulting applications is preferred.
- Obtain and maintain required professional certifications and licenses commensurate with industry and position requirements.
