Role Overview:Join a team where you can make a difference!Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for Roswell Park Cancer Institute, located in Buffalo, New York. Roswell Park is a 157 Bed Acute Care/ Cancer Research Campus with 13 buildings and 3 offsite locations. This position will be a member of a 9 person team, managing a total group of 105. The manager will manage Environmental Services and Linen Distribution for this opportunity working Day Shift, with some weekends and Holidays. This position will report to a General Manager on-site. Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. What You'll Do:
  • be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
  • provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
  • lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;
  • effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or
  • support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

  • have customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality;

  • have experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines;
