As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Conduct technical analyses and provide engineering solutions to project challenges
  • Prepare and review technical documents, including specifications, drawings, and reports
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Participate in client meetings and present project updates
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to manage vendor relationships and material sourcing
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
  • 3-5 years of experience in engineering project management
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
  • Strong skills in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles and practices
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Experience with budget management and cost control
  • Experience with Automation systems and intergration
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
