As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders
Conduct technical analyses and provide engineering solutions to project challenges
Prepare and review technical documents, including specifications, drawings, and reports
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Participate in client meetings and present project updates
Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with procurement teams to manage vendor relationships and material sourcing
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
3-5 years of experience in engineering project management
Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
Strong skills in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
Solid understanding of engineering principles and practices
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Experience with budget management and cost control
Experience with Automation systems and intergration
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
