
Human Resources Administrator

- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records in the HRIS system.
- Run and maintain standard HR reports; assist with compiling data for audits, compliance, and leadership requests.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries or direct them to an appropriate HR team member.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support resolution of employee concerns, escalating more complex issues to senior HR staff as needed.
- Support the performance review process, including tracking and documenting performance evaluations.
- Provide support during open enrollment
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects focused on process improvement and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with HR team members to support key initiatives and administrative tasks.
- Provide general administrative support for ongoing HR efforts and special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related role.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using an HRIS System, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
