- Working with the ICE Product team help train the sales and AM team on ICE market-centric trends and key market information in Connect
- Work closely with the product and business team(s) to provide feedback on customer/Partner needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Consultative - develop strong external relationships & influence based on trust, expertise, and responsiveness
- Team Player - team first mentality, assist colleagues/peers, share best practices, champion business initiatives, collaboration across Regions, and proactively engage with others outside your business line
- Training- effectively manage the new employee 30/60/90 program, internal trainings, and external webinars
- Create Business Cases for new initiatives to pitch to the Desktop Product Team.
- Update Product Feeback Database on behalf of Sales Executives and Specialists
- Work with Relationship Managers to ensure they are adding value and revenue to sales and providing new ideas on their training (highlighting new Connect, IOA, and Chat functionality along with any new content)
- Together with accounts managers, work with the PM team prior to all release to ensure the sales and AM teams are up to speed on the release.
- Working with the ICE Product team help train the sales and AM team on ICE market-centric trends and key market information in Connect
- Ensure the PM team is working to create sales battle card and internal training resources. Together with the PM team, make sure training for the reps been scheduled on all new product enhancements
- Work with the Sales Execs and RMs to conduct 5 Demos and 5 trainings each week.
- Help RMs organize building workbooks
- Bring in accounts managers from the various product teams to help grow the ICE brand and desktop business
- Work with ICE Marketing to ensure that they have the necessary ICE Connect content for their campaigns.
