You will lead projects for local agencies, tribes, state agencies and private developers.As part of our team, you will report to our Operations Manager. You will have flexibility to work a hybrid schedule coming into the office to maximize integration, relationships and support our clients.You Will:
  • Join our senior leaders to manage and deliver complex, civil infrastructure projects.
  • Pursue work and maintain client relationships.
  • Mentor and collaborate with our earlier career professionals.
You Have:
  • 8+ years of civil engineering experience.
  • Professional Engineering license.
  • Previous project experience with any of the following, roadway, stormwater, sewer, water, or site development.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in delivering complex projects.
  • History of developing client relationships in the Northwest.
Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $105,000-$140,000+ depending on qualifications.Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually.
