- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ Technical Program Managers supporting Comms initiatives across sync, async, contacts management, device software and common services.
- Partner with engineering teams, leadership, product management, and UX to ensure we're building the best customer experience using innovative technologies.
- Serve as the single POC for broader Alexa+ mechanisms like LRs, Deep Dives, Product Days
- Stakeholder management across Alexa and partner teams and manage executive level communications
- Lead the roadmap prioritization process
- Manage cross functional quality initiatives like CPDR deep dives and fixes
- Establish and improve processes for managing complex, cross-functional programs and coordinating release schedulesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 15+ years experience in technical program/product management or software engineering
- 7+ years experience managing technical teams, including managers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Strong technical background with ability to understand complex architectures and technologies
- Experience leading large-scale consumer-facing products/services
- Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with AI/ML, LLM, privacy/security technologies
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and distributed systems
- Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies
- Strong product sense and customer focus
