- Our school days runs for 6:50AM - 2:30PM (one day a week until 4:00 for planning)

- We have a very competitive salary scale that pays the same or higher than most local districts. Our starting salary for a 1st year teacher with no prior experience is between $45,000 and it goes up from there aligned with years of prior experience if certified. If uncertified salary starts at $40,000.

- Prepare lesson plans that engage, stimulate and instruct students including small group center based instruction;
- Instruct students based on the REACH curriculum and utilize available instructional technologies in the classroom;
- Regularly evaluate student performance, and monitor for achievement of state standards;
- Act as a role model by making your students feel motivated while maintaining an approachable personality;
- Regularly communicate with parents and legal guardians regarding child's performance, track and record student progress and keep records up to date for progress reports and report card conferences;
- Provide a classroom management plan ensuring safety at all times;
- Execute daily lesson plans for all assigned blocks;
- Implement all REACH routines and procedures with fidelity;
- Submit lesson plans and unit plans in a timely manner;
- Actively participate in all professional development and coaching sessions as well as weekly team planning;
- Incorporate feedback from coaches in a timely manner;
- Consistently analyze scholar data and engage in self-reflection on practices;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of School.
