As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.Your Key ResponsibilitiesEnhance the Schaeffler production system, focusing on productivity and efficiency within an assigned sector.Implement measures to boost productivity in production and support processes.Identify optimization opportunities and suggest improvements.Conduct supply chain research to inform policies and budget planning.Apply engineering processes for strategic decision-making.Contribute to core engineering strategies.Participate in cross-functional meetings to support logistics strategy.Analyze logistics capacity for adequate storage and equipment.Optimize logistics processes and material flow in production and warehousing.Implement layout changes to meet new business needs.Develop supply chain strategies with logistics and purchasing.Define project logistics documents.Ensure packaging compliance with ergonomic standards.Track logistics KPIs for data-driven improvements.Meet targets related to cost, productivity, accuracy, and timelines.Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Experience with the SAP MRP system.
  • In-depth understanding of Lean Principles such as Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, FIFO, etc.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
