
Engineer Associate - Industrial Engineering

- Responsible for planning and optimizing production systems by applying systematic approaches to boost productivity and profitability. Ensure the continuous improvement of operations for the logistics functions across the plant.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies in cooperation with logistics, production and purchasing functions.
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics projects across the entire plant as it primarily relates to New Product Launches and/or current program changes or volume uplifts.
- Plan, analyze and optimize the production system as it pertains to material movements, storage strategies, warehousing strategies, etc...
- Create and maintain IE master data for logistics systems.
- Integrate new logistics concecpts, technologies and strategies into supply chain solutions for future product launches (e.g. AI, Automation, Robotics, etc.).
- Evaluate Logistics and New Product Launch KPIs for continuous improvement and to guide decision-making (e.g. OEE, TEEP, etc.).
- Implement workplace design through time and motion studies (e.g. MTM, REFA).
- Plan and manage capacity and investments as it pertains to approved projects approved for production launch.
- Create and maintain logistics P-FMEA.
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering program
- 1 to 3 years experience in logistics related field is preferred
