Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs/ NAs to join our team in Kaneohe. As a CNA/NA, you will provide direct care and assistance to senior clients in a variety of settings, including in-home care, assisted living facilities, and hospitals. This is a full-time position with weekly pay and flexible hours, allowing for a work-life balance. The position offers a competitive salary of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer flexible hours, allowing for a customized schedule that meets both our clients' needs and your personal needs. - Provide direct care and assistance to senior clients, adhering to their individualized care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation
- Assist with housekeeping and meal preparation, ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Build rapport and establish trust with clients and their families to ensure a positive and supportive environment
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, families, and coworkers
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of care provided
- Active CNA/NA certification in the state of Hawaii
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare/medical setting
- Knowledge of common chronic health conditions affecting seniors
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
