Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a leading provider of in-home care services, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Nursing Assistants (NAs) for a Full Time position in Kaneohe on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii. This individual contributor role offers competitive weekly pay and flexible hours. As a member of our dedicated and compassionate team, you will have the opportunity to provide essential care and support to our elderly clients, allowing them to maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.Compensation & Benefits:
At Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, we value our employees and offer a competitive compensation package. This position offers a salary of $18 to $22 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we provide opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and bonus incentives. Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positionsWorkplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferencesResponsibilities:- Provide personal care and assistance to elderly clients in their homes, following the care plan developed by the Registered Nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and report any changes in client's physical, emotional, and mental condition to the Registered Nurse
- Help prepare meals and provide assistance with nutrition and hydration
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and linen changes
- Provide transportation and accompaniment to appointments, errands, and social activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care teamRequirements:- Active certification as a CNA or NA in the state of Hawaii
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong desire to help others
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow written or verbal instructions
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
