- Assist in the daily production of various cheese types, including cheese-making, packaging, and quality control.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to ensure a hygienic work environment.
- Monitor and maintain cheese quality throughout the aging process.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.
- Learn and follow all safety and quality protocols.
- 1+ years of experience working in kitchens, fermentation, food manufacturing, or cheese-making.
- Passion for cheese, food, and the food production process.
- Willing to work a physical job involving lifting 50 lbs, consistent bending, standing all day, and working in a warm and humid environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to drive a stick shift vehicle is a significant bonus (no special driver’s license class required).
